Assorted Milk Sweet Bun



The Recipe

Ingredients:
1 kg Bread Flour
45 gm Instant Yeast
10 gm Salt
1 1/2 tsp Bread Improver
40 gm Bread Softener
110 gm Butter
4 Eggs
350 gm Cold Water
50 gm Milk Powder
130 gm Sugar
100 gm Condensed Milk

Preparation:

1. Mix all ingredients until thoroughly combined for 20 mints.
2. Rest the dough for 20 mints under a napkin.
3. Weight the dough 30gm 0r 50gm each. Rest the dough for another 5 mints.
4. Shape the dough.
5. Proofing the dough for  15-20 mints.
6. Bake for 15-20 mints, 180 deg.

Kacau laju supaya tidak berketul. - Masukkan telur, kacau rata. - Masukkan air masak dan esen vanilla. Kacau sebati hingga pekat. - Tutup api. Masukkan biskut marie dan kacau rata sehingga semua biskut tersalut coklat. - Alas dgn plastik/ baking paper dengan lebihan kiri dan kanan supaya mudah dikeluarkan. - Masukkan kek batik ke dalam loyang dan tekan hingga padat. Roti Puri

Bahan- bahan: 2 Cawan Tepung Gandum 1 Sudu Teh Yis 3 Sudu Besar Minyak Masak 2 Sudu Teh Gula 1/2 Sudu Teh Garam 3/4 Cawan Air Suam Cara- cara: 1. Gaulkan tepung gandum, yis, garam, gula, dan minyak masak. 2. Masukkan air suam sedikit demi sedikit dan gaul rata sehingga tidak melekat di tangan. 3. Perap 15 minit di bawah tuala basah. 4. Setelah adunan kembang, bulatkan kecil kecil. 5. Gelekkan guna penggelek nipis-nipis. 6. Goreng kedalam minyak panas yang banyak. 7. Siram minyak ke atas permukaan puri supaya roti naik gelembung. ( Preferably goreng satu-satu)
